Abstract (en)
Scatter head for scattering material onto a continually moving horizontal molding belt comprises several adjacent rotating scatter rollers (7) and lateral scatter walls (10, 10') forming a scatter chamber defining the width of the scattered material. A plane running through the central axis of the scatter rollers to the molding belt has an angle ( alpha ) which is adjustable and the scatter walls follow a change in this angle. Preferred Features: The scatter rollers are positioned on both sides in an outer arm and guided by an inner arm (12). The scatter walls consist of an upper and a lower scatter wall arranged in the inner arm and movable U-shaped elements (11). Adjacent elements are arranged so that they overlap.

Ein Streukopf (4) zum Streuen von Vliesen auf ein kontinuierlich bewegtes horizontal angeordnetes Formband (5) im Zuge der Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffplatten, mit mehreren achsparallel nebeneinander rotierend angeordneten Streuwalzen, wobei eine durch die Mittelachse der Streuwalzen verlaufende Ebene zu dem Formband (5) einen Winkel α aufweist, und wobei der Winkel α einstellbar ist, und mit seitlich eine Streukammer bildenden Streuwänden, die die Breite des zu streuenden Vlieses festlegen, soll dadurch weitergebildet werden, daß er möglichst vielseitig eingesetzt werden kann. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Streuwände (10,10',10'') einer Winkelveränderung des Winkels α folgen. <IMAGE>
