[origin: US2002104918A1] A cable drum has a groove for guiding a cable which has an enlarged end. The groove has an end zone which terminates in an abutment surface extending inside the cable drum and has a depth which steadily increases in the area of the end zone in the direction of the abutment surface. The cable drum has a through opening which substantially extends transversely to a drum wall for passage of the enlarged cable end to rest against the abutment surface which is oriented substantially in a mid-plane which extends through the longitudinal axis of the cable drum. The drum wall of the cable drum is formed interiorly along the groove adjacent to the abutment surface with a depression for at least partially receiving the enlarged cable end, wherein the depression has a bottom against which the enlarged cable end rests, when the cable end assumes a fixation position.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine lösbare Befestigung eines Seils an einer Seiltrommel mit einer in die Trommeloberfläche eingeformten Seilrille, in der das Seil geführt ist, das an seinem Ende eine Seilverdickung trägt, wobei die Seilrille an einer im Innern der Seiltrommel angeordneten Anlagefläche mündet und die Tiefe der Seilrille an diesem Seilrillenende längs der Seilrille zur Mündung hin stetig zunimmt, und mit einer quer durch die Trommelwand verlaufenden Durchgangsöffnung, durch welche die an die Anlagefläche anlegbare Seilverdickung hindurchsteckbar ist. Um eine solche Befestigung zu schaffen, die radial gesehen schmalbauend und montagefreundlich ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Anlagefläche (5) im wesentlichen in einer durch die Längsachse (7) der Seiltrommel (1) verlaufenden Mittenebene (6) liegt und dass längs der Seilrille (2) zur Anlagefläche (5) hin gesehen sich an die Anlagefläche (5) anschließend im Innern der Seiltrommel (1) in der Seiltrommelwand eine Vertiefung (9) zur zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme der Seilverdickung (13) ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>
