[origin: US2002119210A1] A device for melt extrusion spinning and cooling of a filament bundle comprises a spinning device with an annular spinning jet for extruding the filament bundle as well as a cooling device arranged below the spinning device. The cooling device comprises a holding device and a blowing chamber connected to the holding device. The blowing chamber is held in an operating position substantially centrally to the spinning jet in contact between the spinning device and the holding device. The blowing chamber can be axially displaced relative to the holding device between the operating position and a replacement position.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schmelzspinnen und Kühlen einer Filamentschar. Hierzu besitzt die Vorrichtung eine Spinneinrichtung (1) mit einer ringförmigen Spinndüse (4) zum Extrudieren der Filamentschar (3) sowie eine unterhalb der Spinneinrichtung angeordnete Kühleinrichtung (2). Die Kühleinrichtung (2) besteht aus einer Haltevorrichtung (10) und einer mit der Haltevorrichtung (10) verbundenen Blaskerze, wobei die Blaskerze (9) im wesentlichen zentrisch zu der Spinndüse (4) mit Kontakt zwischen der Spinneinrichtung (1) und der Haltevorrichtung (2) in einer Betriebsstellung gehalten ist. Erfindungsgemäß läßt sich die Blaskerze (9) dabei relativ zu der Haltevorrichtung (2) zwischen der Betriebsstellung und einer Wechselstellung axial verstellen.
