Abstract (en)
The high speed label laying mechanism (10) at a sewing machine, and especially a bar tack sewing machine, is composed of rods (23-25) in a parallelogram, with a drive (11) to give the swing movement. A laying clip (12) is at the outer free end. The high speed label laying system, for a bar tack sewing machine, has an arrangement of rods in a parallelogram, including a driving rod (24), mounted to a carrier plate (20) of the label laying mechanism by a swing bearing (25). A parallel linkage lever is also fitted to the carrier plate by a swing bearing. The drive rod and the linkage lever are held together at their free ends by a coupling, which supports the laying clip with the clamping mechanism (14-17) for the labels. The drive is connected to a further moving swing bearing for the drive lever, through a linkage (23). The parallelogram rod structure can be powered by a toothed belt, meshing with toothed wheels at the rods. The drive is on the rotating plane at the fixed rotary bearing of the toothed wheel at the drive lever. The drive is a pneumatic cylinder or an electromagnetic system, a toothed belt drive, a spindle drive, or a step motor for the spindle or toothed wheel drive. The laying clip is moved out of its rest position in a swing movement direction, to lay the label in the laid position, above and in front of the sewing machine stitching zone (3).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schnelleinleger für Etiketten an Nähmaschinen, insbesondere Riegel-Nähmaschinen, wobei der Schnelleinleger im wesentlichen aus einem Parallelogrammgestänge besteht, dessen Schwenkbewegung über einen Antrieb angetrieben ist, und an dessen äußerem freien Ende eine Einlegeklammer angeordnet ist. Diese Einlegeklammer wird aus ihrer Ruhelage derart in Bewegungsrichtung verschwenkt, dass sie zur Übergabe des Etiketts oberhalb und vor dem Nähbereich positioniert wird. Vorteil hierbei ist, dass dieser Antrieb eine sehr schnelle Schwenkbewegung des Parallelogrammgestänges ermöglicht, was die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit wesentlich steigert, da ein geringer Verschiebeweg des Antriebs in eine große und schnelle Schwenkbewegung verstärkt werden kann. Auch ist die Unfallgefahr für die Benutzer durch seitliche Freiheit im Nähbereich stark reduziert. <IMAGE>
