Abstract (en)
Method for changing support rollers arranged in segments (2) in a continuous casting system comprises dismounting a segment and using a lifting tool (7) to remove a roller cassette (4) from a mounting frame (3). It is then replaced with a reconditioned roller cassette which is remounted. An Independent claim is included for apparatus for carrying out the method.

Ein Verfahren zum Auswechseln der eine Strangführung bildenden Stützrollen (1) und Gegen-Stützrollen (1a), innerhalb von Segmenten (2) einer Stranggießvorrichtung für Metalle, insbesondere für Stahl, kann ohne das Zerlegen gesamter Segmente (2) auskommen, indem nach Ausbau eines Segmentes (2) mehrere, an einem Halterahmen (3) drehgelagerte, zusammen eine Rollenkassette (4) bildende Stützrollen (1), oder Gegen-Stützrollen (1a) durch ein Hebezeug (7) aus dem Segmentrahmen (2a) ausgebaut und instandgesetzte Rollenkassetten (4) wieder eingebaut werden und das Segment (2) wieder in die Strangführungsposition zurückgebracht wird. <IMAGE>
