[origin: EP1233139A2] The device for producing locking of arched, metal roller blind lamellas (1,2) secures the lamellas against displacement. Each lamella has a longitudinally running hooking rib (3) and lip (4) of an accommodation longitudinal edge (5). In the accommodation longitudinal edge is a crossways directed recess (6) and in the hooking rib (3) is a lock pin (7). A bearer supports a tool plate and on the plate is a die for producing the recess. A blade is located on the tool plat for producing an inclined surface (8) on the outer edge of the lip of the accommodation longitudinal edge. The bearer supports a guide for the roller blind lamellas and on the tool plate is a stop for the lamellas. The bearer also carries a nailer which feeds the lock pin crossways to the longitudinal axis of the roller blind lamellas.
