Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0137707A1] The invention relates to workplace furniture with a furniture frame with at least one crossbar. A leaf can be attached to said crossbar by means of brackets, said bracket having two sections at an angle to each other that can be fastened to the crossbar and the leaf via crossbar fastening blocks and leaf fastening blocks. The aim of the invention is to fasten the leaf so that it is stable and can carry high loads while still being inclinable and modifiable with respect to its distance to the crossbar. To this end, the sections of the brackets are laterally provided with longitudinal guide webs and that the crossbar fastening blocks form receiving pockets for the sections of the brackets. Said sections are provided with longitudinal guide grooves for the longitudinal guide webs on the receiving sides facing one another. The leaf fastening blocks linked with the leaf can be adjusted lengthwise in a positive fit on the pertaining sections of the brackets and can be braced with said sections in the adjusted position. The leaf can be tilted on the leaf fastening blocks to a limited extent and can be locked in the adjusted tilted position.
