[origin: WO0141670A1] Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zahnersatz, insbesondere von festsitzendem keramischem Zahnersatz, zu schaffen, bei welchem unter Vermeidung der Hartbearbeitung der Keramik mit einem Minimum an Verfahrensschritten, die der Mundhöhle zugewandte Aussenform bei der Urformung des zumeist keramischen Zahnersatzes in ihrer endgültigen Form unter Berücksichtigung der Sinterschwindung gefertigt wird. Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Verfahren gelöst, bei welchem ausgehend von Daten, vorzugsweise gewonnen durch optische und/oder mechanische Digitalisierung von Zahnstümpfen und/oder Zähnen eines Kiefers oder beider Kiefer intraoral oder von Kiefermodellen oder Teilmodellen eines Kiefers oder beider Kiefer extraoral mit nachfolgender CAD-Konstruktion der vorhergenannten Restaurationen in der Weise hergestellt werden, dass eine der Mundhöhle zugewandte Aussenform bei der Urformung des aus durchgehend der gleichen hochfesten Keramik bestehenden Zahnersatzes in ihrer endgültigen Form unter Berücksichtigung der Sinterschwindung gefertigt wird.

[origin: WO0141670A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis, especially a tight-fitting ceramic dental prosthesis. The invention provides that, during primary shaping of the primarily ceramic dental prosthesis into its final shape, the outer shape facing the oral cavity is produced using a minimum of method steps while avoiding hard machining of the ceramic and while taking the sintering shrinkage into account. To this end, the invention provides a method during which the aforementioned restorations are produced using subsequent CAD construction based on data, preferably obtained by optical and/or mechanical digitizing of, intraorally, tooth stumps and/or teeth of a jaw or of both jaws or, extraorally, of jaw models or partial models of a jaw or of both jaws. The restorations are produced in such a manner that, during primary shaping of the dental prosthesis, which is homogeneously comprised of the same high-strength ceramic, into its final shape, an outer shape facing the oral cavity is produced while taking the sintering shrinkage into account.
