[origin: WO0142407A3] A method for the production of compressed particles for inclusion in washing and cleaning agents is disclosed. A mixture of solid and, optionally, fluid starting materials are fed into the chamber of a pelleting device, comprising a rigid ring mould, said mixture is pressed through the mould, by a rotor arranged within the chamber in rotatable manner and with pressure surfaces, bearing on the inner face of the mould and the mixture is then scraped off the outer face of the mould, in the form of compressed particles. The method permits the processing of temperature sensitive components.
