Abstract (en)

[origin: DE19956029A1] A carrier system for active substances is based on coating a substance with enzymatically cleavable anionic side groups which determine the stability of the system and which, when cleaved, result in collapse of the system and liberation of the active substance. A carrier system is obtained by the admixture of component (b1) with either component (a1) or a complex obtained from component (a1) and component (a2) in a molar ratio of 1:1-0000, with the components being admixed in amounts to provide a finished complex which is preferably neutral or anionic. Component (a1) comprises an active substance (a1) and a binding structure (a1) (which can be part of the active substance) for binding structure (b1) or (a2). Component (a2) comprises a carrier (a2) and a binding structure (a2) (which can be part of the carrier) for binding structure (a1), and component (b1) comprises a binding structure (b1) for binding structure (a1), active substance (a1), carrier (a2) or binding structure (a2), a coating substance which can contain the binding structure (b1), an enzymatically cleavable linking member and an anionic side group.
