[origin: WO0139027A2] A system, method and article of manufacture are provided for decision management during the execution of a process. A plurality of users are allowed to input decisions as they are made with respect to a process. The decisions are stored in a database via a network. The decisions are listed in an interface in real-time via the network. The users are allowed to create a plurality of items relating to the process which are also stored in the database via the network. The users are allowed to retrieve the items from the database via the network. Information relating to the process is communicated among the users via a bulletin board accessible via the network. As an option, requests for increasing a scope of the process may also be received and stored.
