[origin: WO0144610A1] The invention relates to a hinge (20) for a door, window or similar. In its fixed state, said hinge is invisible from the outside when the leaf is closed. The hinge has a hinge part (15) which comprises means for being fixed to a hollow profile, with the following parts: a pair of fixing plates (21, 22), which lie opposite each other and which are mounted on opposite walls of the hollow profile from the outside, respectively; several spacing sleeves (30), which are distributed over the surface of the fixing plates and which are located inside the hollow profile; fixing screws (40), which are allocated to the spacing sleeves (30), respectively; and elements for connecting the hinge part (15) to at least one of the fixing plates (21, 22).
