Abstract (en)
The manhole cover consists of a frame (1) with a rim (11), an inner stop (12) and a hinge bar (4), and a panel (2) with an eyelet (3) to engage with the hinge bar. The inside of the panel has a key (5) with one end (51) which goes under a catch plate (120) on the stop (12) to prevent the cover being lifted if the hinge bar is cut through by unauthorised persons.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'obturation d'une ouverture (O), comprenant un cadre (1) formé d'un rebord (11) et d'une feuillure (12), un panneau (2), un oeil (3) d'articulation formé dans le panneau (2), et un axe d'articulation (4) solidaire du cadre (1) et engagé dans l'oeil d'articulation (4). Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend une clavette (5) solidaire du panneau (2) et dont une extrémité (51) se trouve insérée, pour la position fermée du panneau (2), sous la face inférieure (122) d'une partie formant gâche (120) de la feuillure (12). Ce dispositif résiste aux tentatives d'effraction qui consistent à sectionner l'axe d'articulation (4). <IMAGE>
