[origin: EP1239496A1] A shaft periphery locates a switching groove extending in shaft axial direction, into which dips, in a preset swivel position between both hinge straps, an actuating pin coupled to switch lever, extending parallel to shaft (6) long axis. The lever is swivelable with respect to the shaft, in whose direction it is spring-loaded. It lies in region of a switch (4) cam or pin (11). In a preassembly position, in which the actuating pin (8) engages the switching groove (7), the shaft is secured against twist with respect to the first hinge strap (2), while the second hinge strap (5) is swivellable with respect to the shaft. The shaft is displaceable into operating position by an adapting screw (14) in first hinge strap.
