Abstract (en)
The guide rail (1) is for firm connection with a ski or snowboard and has guide components (5) in which support plates (20,23) are displaceably accommodated. The support plates (20,23) are displaceably accommodated. The support plates are used for fixture of the front and rear jaws of a binding for a sports boot. Each support plate is connected with a toothed bar (21), which meshes with a gearwheel located on the guide rail. Through the coupling, the jaws fitted on the support plate are always adjusted by the same amount in opposite directions. A stop plate (26), by rotation of a lever plate (29), can be moved through approximately 90 degrees into a position in which it fixes the support plates in their position relative to one another and in relation to the guide rail.

Eine fest mit einem Ski oder Snowboard zu verbindende Führungsschiene (1) weist Führungselemente (5) auf, in welchen Tragplatten (20, 23) verschiebbar aufgenommen sind. Letztere dienen zur Befestigung der Vorderund Hinterbacken einer Bindung für einen Sportschuh. Jede der Tragplatten (20, 23) ist mit einer Zahnstange (21, 24) verbunden, welche mit einem auf der Führungsschiene (1) gelagerten Zahnrad (27) kämmen. Durch diese Koppelung werden die auf den Tragplatten (20, 23) montierten Backen immer um den gleichen Betrag in entgegengesetzter Richtung verstellt. Eine Sperrplatte (26) ist durch eine Drehung einer Hebelplatte (29 um etwa 90° in eine Stellung bringbar, in der sie die Tragplatten (20, 23) in ihrer Position gegeneinander und in Bezug auf die Führungsschiene (1) fixiert. Diese Vorrichtung ist einfach aufgebaut, einfach zu bedienen und behindert die Durchbiegung des Skis oder Snowboards nicht. <IMAGE>
