Abstract (en)
Concerns a dying, greasing and fixation procedure for leather, which is characterised in that the leather, leaving the usual dying treatments, such as the one by immersion or the one by spreading, is subsequently introduced into a vaporisation chamber, in which the thermodynamic equilibrium is maintained between the liquid, arranged at the base of the chamber and the vapour thereof which, expanding, comes into contact with the dyed and still wet leather, ensuring, in such a way, the fixation of the dye to the inside of the fibres.
