Abstract (en)
Pneumohydraulic dying machine including a cylindrical body (10) and a pneumohydraulic dying unit (20). A cloth (3) to be dyed is circularly driven in the cylindrical body (10). The pneumohydraulic dying unit (20) includes a blower (23) for blowing a great amount of air to atomize and mix with liquid dye. A rectangular straight nozzle (13) sprays the mixture of air and liquid dye onto the circulated cloth (3). The air and the liquid dye are independently input from upper and lower sides into the nozzle (13) by independent bypasses (241,242,226,227) and conduits (25). The amount of upper and lower sprayed air and the liquid dye can be independently controlled and adjusted in accordance with the property of the cloth. A washing/cleaning tube (26) is further disposed in the cylindrical body in front of the nozzle (13) for washing off the dye and remainders remaining on the cloth (3).
