[origin: EP1241692A1] The padlocking system has a rotating command arm(1) with two stable positions. The arms extend in the open from the modular equipment. The arm has an internal slide (7) moving lock sections (5,6) providing a position in which the arm can rotate and a position in which the arm is blocked. In the blocked position the padlock can be freed from the modular unit.
