[origin: WO0143617A1] The invention relates to a crockery basket (1) comprising a base basket (2) consisting of a wire rack. According to the invention, at least one side of the basket (3, 4) is detachably connected to the base basket (2) and is attached laterally when viewed from the standpoint of a user loading the crockery to be washed into the basket, a receptacle for cutlery (5, 6) being integrated into the side of the basket. A crockery basket system with integral elements is thus obtained, which has a base basket with a simple structure, preferably U-shaped, whose side comprises an integrated cutlery receptacle and can be detachably fixed.
