Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0149424A2] The invention relates to a method for producing an anti-adherent coating (1) having a low-adherent surface, in addition to an anti-adherent coating and the uses of said anti-adherent coating. In order to provide resistance against solvents and corrosion and enable the invention to be used in the food industry, the inventive method is characterized in that a layer consisting of at least one plastic material is applied to a substrate (2). The surface of said layer (5) is provided with a plurality of substantially uniformly distributed micro-elevations (6) by adding constituents to the plastic material before application to the substrate (2). Said constituents prevent the plastic material from running during the processing thereof and promote the formation of substantially uniformly distributed micro-elevations (6). The substrate has a structured surface prior thereto.
