[origin: EP1243338A1] Device moves a rotating shaft and/or an axially sliding tappet through an opening (27) in inner plate (18). The central axis (32) of the opening is eccentrically arranged in the inner plate which is sealed in an inner bearing opening in an outer plate (19). The outer plate rotates in an outer bearing opening fitting its outer diameter. An Independent claim is also included for a cutting machine containing the above device. Preferred Features: The outer bearing opening is delimited by a bearing flange (20) and the diameter of the opening in the inner plate is larger than the diameter of the outer bearing opening and less than the outer diameter of the bearing flange.
