Abstract (en)
A device for the partial tempering of machined mechanical components comprises a cooling box and a support wheel. The wheel incorporates some settings cut into its periphery, to receive the part of a component being treated which is not to be reheated. A blowtorch is immediately above the level of the water in the cooling box. A device for the partial tempering of machined mechanical components comprises a cooling box (1) filled with water maintained at a constant low temperature and a support wheel (2), of which a part dips into the water in the cooling box, rotated step by step by a control motor element. The wheel incorporates some settings (6) cut into its periphery, to receive the part of a component being treated which is not to be reheated. A blowtorch (7) with its flame directed at the component (5) lodged in the settings of the wheel is immediately above the level of the water in the cooling box.

Le dispositif pour le recuit partiel de pièces mécaniques usinées comporte un bac de refroidissement (1) rempli d'eau maintenue à une température basse sensiblement constante et une roue de support (2), dont une partie trempe dans l'eau dudit bac (1), entraînée en rotation pas à pas par un organe moteur commandé. Cette roue (2) comporte, pratiqués dans sa périphérie, des posages (6) destinés à recevoir la partie d'une pièce à traiter qui ne doit pas être recuite. Un chalumeau (7) dont la flamme est dirigée sur la pièce (4) logée dans le posage (6) de la roue (2) est situé immédiatement au dessus du niveau d'eau du bac (1). <IMAGE>
