[origin: EP1245757A2] The stairs tower (10.1) for the shell of a house under construction comprises four vertical columns (12) at the end points of an orthogonal rectangle, with all-round rosettes (14) with recesses connected to a longitudinal grid (R). Crossbeams connect the vertical columns as do longitudinal beams (18). Stiffening diagonals (20) also act as a handrail. The crossbeams, longitudinal beams and diagonals have a wedge head in their end area with a gap and a wedge. The wedge head is pushed onto the rosette of the vertical column and connected releasably with the rosette by the driven-in wedge. Stairs units (30) are also provided.
