Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1245768A2] The hollow rail for a window or door drive rod has sections (4,5) in which a stop plate (6) can slide in the longitudinal direction. A cover plate (7) mounted on the rail slides between a position covering the stop plate and an uncovering position. The rail section (4) cover plate (7) can be moved from a rail exposing position to a covering position in a first axial direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail section and locked (12) in position. The cover plate is moved by an actuator (13) which has a guide face (16) co-operating with the cover plate.
