Abstract (en)
The connector has hooked attachments (5) at the foot for fixing onto a back-tapered part on the first hollow profiled section (1). An axial hole (6) is for an optionally inserted fixture element. The head end of the connector protrudes axially into the inside of the second hollow profiled section (2). An adhesive guide-piece (7) fits into the axial hole and has a radial adhesive-injection hole (8) opening into an axial adhesive outlet groove (9).the connector has a free-cutter (10) in the part bordering the adhesive outlet, and has a transverse hole (11) near the adhesive injection hole.

Der Verbinder dient zur Schaffung von Eck- oder Stoßverbindungen zweier Hohlprofile (1,2), insbesondere zum Aufbau von Rahm für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden und dergleichen. Er ist im Fußbereich mit hakenförmigen Anschlußteilen (5) zur Befestigung an einer Hinterschneidung am ersten Hohlprofil (1) sowie mit einer axialen Bohrung (6) für ein optional einzusetzendes Befestigungselement versehen. Mit seinem Kopfende steht er axial ins Innere des zweiten Hohlprofils (2) vor. In die axiale Bohrung (6) ist ein Kleberführungsstück (7) eingesetzt, das mit einer radial verlaufenden Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) versehen ist, die in eine axial verlaufende Kleberaustrittsnut (9) mündet. Der Verbinder (4) weist im an die Kleberaustrittsnut (9) angrenzende Bereich eine Freischneidung (10) und im Bereich der Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) eine Querbohrung (11) auf. <IMAGE>
