Abstract (en)
Guide ring (18) for a turbine comprises a housing with several rows of guide blades and a rotor with several rows of rotating blades. The guide ring has an external wall (19) facing the housing and an internal wall (20) facing the rotor. The walls are arranged a distance apart by a hollow chamber (21) and connected together by a number of support elements (22). The outer wall, the inner wall and the support elements are connected to each other in one material piece. The outer wall is several times, preferably 2-7 times thicker than the internal wall. The height of the hollow space is smaller than the thickness of the outer wall but greater than the thickness of the inner wall. Independent claims are also included for a process for producing the above guide ring and for a gas turbine comprising the above guide ring.

Es wird ein Mantelring für eine Gasturbine beschrieben. Am Gehäuse (11) der Turbine ist in Axialrichtung zwischen je zwei Reihen von Leitschaufeln (13) ein Mantelring (18) vorgesehen. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Mantelring (18) eine dem Gehäuse (11) zugewandte Außenwand (19) und eine dem Rotor (12) zugewandte Innenwand (20) auf, die über einen Hohlraum (21) zueinander beabstandet und mit einer Anzahl von Stiften (22) miteinander verbunden sind. Durch diese Konstruktion kann die Dicke (d2) der Innenwand (20) wesentlich verringert und hierdurch die Kühlwirkung verbessert werden, ohne daß die Stabilität des Mantelrings (18) verringert wird. Des weiteren wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mantelrings (18) mit Wänden (19,20) und einem dazwischenliegenden Hohlraum (21) beschrieben. <IMAGE>
