Abstract (en)
An air compressor includes two housings (20,21) secured to a base (10) and each having a piston (232) slidably received in the housings (20,21). A weight (43) is rotatably secured to the base (10) and includes an eccentric pin (46) rotatably coupled to the piston rods (23) for moving the pistons (232) relative to the housings (20,21) to conduct the pumping operations. A motor (30) is secured to the base (10) and has a pinion (31). A gear (40) is rotatably secured to the base (10) with the pivot shaft (44) and engaged with the pinion (31) and driven by the motor (30) via the pinion (31). The housings (20,21) may be adjustably secured to the base.
