Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0152199A2] The invention relates to a method and a locker arrangement for depositing goods in at least one locker having at least one lockable door or flap. Said locker pertains to a locker arrangement comprising a computer-controlled electronic locking system for actuating the lock of the door or flap of the locker by means of an electronic key system, especially by means of numeric or alphanumeric input means, a chip card, a magnetic card, a barcode, a transponder chip, biometric sensors or a mobile radio telephone. The door of a locker can be opened by a delivery man or addressee by means of a personal electronic key system respectively for depositing goods in the locker or removing deposited goods from the locker, whereby said delivery man or addressee has an access authorisation. At least the identification data of the delivery man is transmitted to a management computer by means of a telecommunications network.
