[origin: DE10114705A1] Production of a heat exchanger for a condensing boiler comprises preparing a casting mold, equipping the casting mold with cores forming the water and combustion gas surfaces in the heat exchanger, casting the molding, and removing and processing the cast heat exchanger. A specified number of identical cores (1) forming the water surfaces are arranged alternately in a row with identical cores forming the combustion gas surfaces and are cast together in the molding as a monoblock. An Independent claim is also included for a core forming the water surface having a basic plate-shape design. Preferred Features: The number of cores depends on the desired power of the heat exchanger.

Zum Herstellen eines Wärmetauschers für einen Brennwertkessel wird eine Gießform vorbereitet und mit Kernen (1,1') zur Ausbildung der wasserseitigen und brenngasseitigen Flächen im Wärmetauscher ausgerüstet. Dabei wird jeweils eine vorbestimmte Anzahl gleichgestalteter Kerne für die Ausbildung wasserseitiger Flächen abwechselnd mit gleichgestalteten Kernen für die Ausbildung brenngasseitiger Flächen aneinandergereiht und als Summe im Monoblock in einer Form abgegossen. Die Anzahl aneinandergereihter Kerne wird in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Leistung der herzustellenden Wärmetauscher gewählt. <IMAGE>
