Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1247973A2] The insert tube (1) has in both end sections at least one rubber elastic sealing element inseparably connected to it by means of vulcanizing. A centering flange (12) is provided in the cylinder head end of the tube and to it is connected a sealing element (8) which comprises an annular component (13) vulcanized to the outer circumference of the tube and with closed encompassing sealing beads (14). At the cylinder head cover end there is a fixing flange (15) with a similar sealing arrangement (9).
