L'invention concerne une table de préparation de produits, tels que des produits alimentaires, en ambiance refroidie, comprenant un convoyeur (19') tournant autour d'une zone centrale (15) de la table et au moins deux circuits de circulation d'air, pour faire circuler un flux d'air froid entre deux côtés opposés de la table et la zone centrale de celle-ci.
