[origin: EP1248318A2] A contact body (11) forms a type of frame component holding a contact spring (12). There are contact zones between an inner surface of the contact body and contact sections for the contact spring. The contact body has a U-shaped cross section. The contact spring has a base section turning the contact body into a tube. The contact sections of the contact spring fit on the narrow end of the elongated base section. An Independent claim is also included for a halogen lamp holder with a holder body of insulating material, a long shaft and a plate-like head with plug-through holes for contact pins.
