A flow of waste gas is fed to a gas-semipermeable material (4) and separated into a gaseous flow (11) comprising high concentrated carbon dioxide. Portion(s) of the gaseous flow comprising high concentrated carbon dioxide is employed as feed raw material in an industrial production plant and/or stockpiling, and recovered.
