Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1249558A2] The strip material (S), as edging for a vapor/air barrier web (1) at the plaster cladding at a wall (7), is a film (3) which is impermeable to air and bonded in place by an adhesive (8). It leaves a free edge (4) to be bonded and sealed flat to a three-dimensional grid (G) which can be rolled. The grid is of an eddied material, with sufficient bulk to hold and bond the plaster. The film is a nonwoven which is permeable to steam.
