Abstract (en)
The echo effect unit, for a stringed musical instrument, can be attached and removed as required. It has a resonance body and a bar (9) bonded to it, with passage drillings (8) for the strings (5). The unit has a housing (1) containing at least one coil spring. The housing has at least one projecting prong (2) to fit into a drilling for the strings. The prong is parallel to the coil spring. A damper dampens spring oscillations. The housing rests on a soft protective body (3) at the instrument, to reduce vibration noise. Preferably a pick-up is mounted within the instrument body.

Die Nachhall-Vorrichtung ist lösbar an einem Saiteninstrument befestigbar, das einen Resonanzkörper und einen fest mit dem Resonanzkörper verbundenen Steg (9) mit Bohrungen (8) zur Durchführung der Saiten (5) aufweist. Die Nachhall-Vorrichtung umfaßt ein Gehäuse (1), in dem wenigstens eine Spiralfeder (6) angeordnet ist. Am Gehäuse (1) ist wenigstens ein nach außen abstehender Dorn (2) angeordnet, wobei der Dorn (2) so ausgebildet ist, daß er zur Befestigung der Nachhall-Vorrichtung am Saiteninstrument in eine der Bohrungen (8) eingesteckt werden kann. <IMAGE>
