Abstract (en)
The machine has a folding blade (8) and a folding roller pair (18), and a transporter to move a signature mark to a stop unit (13). The stop unit is moved relative to the folding blade in a direction parallel to the signature transport plane. It has a front edge stop, which extends from the position line of the folding blade to an extreme side edge line, and is moved mainly at right angles to the transport plane. The transporter has conveyor belts (6) and deflector pulleys.

Es wird ein Schwertfalzwerk mit einer zugeordneten Transporteinrichtung, durch welche eine Signatur (17) vor dem Falzvorgang in einer Transportebene an einer Anschlagträgereinheit (13) befördert wird, vorgeschlagen, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Anschlagträgereinheit (13) relativ zum Falzschwert im Wesentlichen parallel zur Transportebene bewegbar ist und wenigstens einen sich zumindest von der Positionslinie des Falzschwertes (8) bis zu einer extremen Seitenkantenlinie durchgehend erstreckenden Vorderkantenanschlag (13.7.2) aufweist, welcher im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Transportebene bewegbar ist. Entsprechend den Material- und Produktionsparametern kann eine vollautomatische Einstellung des Schwertfalzwerkes erfolgen. Die Erfindung kann mit besonderem Vorteil in Kombifalzmaschinen genutzt werden. <IMAGE>
