Abstract (en)
The dirt extraction system, for a textile machine, has a suction air flow passing constantly through a tube (12,14,16,18) during a trouble-free operation. The temperature of the tube wall is monitored at two points (20,24), and the sensor signals are compared and evaluated to determine if there is a fault in the working. A heater is at the first measurement point. The tube assembly has sections of brass and a plastics thermal insulation tube section.

Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Überwachen einer Textilpartikelabsaugvorrichtung für eine Textilmaschine sehen vor, daß die Temperaturen an einer Rohrwand einer Absaugvorrichtung an einer ersten (20) und einer zweiten Stelle (24) gemessen und verglichen werden. <IMAGE>
