[origin: WO0153464A1] The invention concerns a method for determining parameters of a protocol for deferred use of immunocompetent cells derived from a personal library of a human or animal subject, said personal library storing a total sum of data stored in immunocompetent cells successively sampled and packaged in the form of batches preserved in one or several storage centres. Said method consists in: providing a set of measurements of physical and/or biological characteristics performed on fluid and/or hair samples of the human or animal subject prior to or during the sample collecting of immunocompetent cells, collecting data characteristic of the condition of the human or animal subject from the measurements, processing characteristics in an information system to determine parameters of a protocol for deferred use, and storing the processed data in a cell-managing database. The invention is particularly useful for reinforcing immune activity and in gene therapy.
