Solid surfactant mixtures (I) with a core containing non-ionic surfactant(s) and a shell containing, as shell substance (II), anionic surfactant(s) or non-ionic surfactant(s) other than those in the core or zwitterionic surfactant(s) or a mixture of at least two of these. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Production of (I) by depositing a shell substance (II) from an aqueous solution or a melt onto a solid core of non-ionic surfactant as above, with evaporation of water. (2) Detergents containing (I).
