Abstract (en)
To prepare the paper fiber materials for papermaking, they are cleaned and then steeped in a steeping screw, and the steeped fibers are passed to a pulper. The fibers are loaded with auxiliary matter by a chemical precipitation reaction by Fiber Loading e.g. with calcium carbonate from calcium oxide and/or calcium hydroxide. The steeping screw acts without pressure, where the fiber material is sprayed with water to give a density of 15-40% and preferably 20-35%.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Aufbereitung von insbesondere der Papierherstellung dienendem Stoff wird der Stoff gereinigt, der gereinigte Stoff in einer Einweichschnecke eingeweicht und der eingeweichte Stoff einem Stoffauflöser zugeführt. Es ist auch eine entsprechende Vorrichtung angegeben. <IMAGE>
