[origin: EP1253271A2] A retarded locking mechanism is used, in which the journal (44) cooperating with the guide slot (38) is mounted on a pivotable lever (36) with an ex central mass (46, 48). In the event of a strong deceleration force acting upon the mechanism in the locking direction, the ex central mass exerts a force on the lever that pushes the journal to one side of the slot, where the journal is also urged during locking of the mechanism.
