Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1253322A2] The hydraulic machine has at least one shaft (8) through a machine casing (5-7) and a shaft sealing ring (14), and a carrier unit (2) bounding on the casing. This unit has a breakthrough (10), so that the shaft can be connected to a corresponding unit. The shaft seal also acts as a centering device. The ring extends into the casing on one side and the breakthrough on the other.
