Abstract (en)
The method involves heating the active part to a final temperature value (Tend) by spraying with warm oil in a housing and passing current through the coil(s) and extracting water from the active part by a pressure reduced relative to atmospheric. Before spraying heated oil, the pressure (p) in the housing is reduced to a value greater than a desired value (ppasch) and lower than an upper limit ensuring a high water evaporation rate. Das Verfahren dient der Trocknung eines mindestens eine Wicklung und Feststoffisolationen enthaltenden Aktivteils. Das Aktivteil ist in einem vakuumdichten Gehäuse angeordnet und wird dort durch erwärmtes Öl und durch einen in der Wicklung geführten Strom (I) auf einen Temperaturendwert (Tend) aufgeheizt. Das erwärmte Öl wird bei reduziertem Druck (p) und eingeschaltetem Strom (I) im Gehäuse versprüht. Hierbei wird dem Aktivteil Wasser entzogen. Das versprühte Öl wird nach Abgabe von Wärme an das Aktivteil am Gehäuseboden gesammelt und nach Wiedererwärmen bei reduziertem Druck und eingeschaltetem Strom erneut im Gehäuse versprüht. Das Aktivteil wird so besonders rasch und schonend getrocknet. <IMAGE>
