[origin: WO0022878A2] The invention relates to a hearing device comprising a housing (1) and a hook element (2) that can be joined thereto, whereby a sound input opening and a sound output opening (4) are provided. The inventive hearing device is characterized in that the hook element (2) is rotationally mounted inside the housing (1), whereby a detachably fixed covering element (3) that covers or forms the sound input opening is released when the hook element (2) is rotated and shifted from an operating position to a service position.
