Abstract (en)
A textile strip (1) is coated on one side with individual points of adhesive (2). The adhesive is a partially cured plastic resin containing a cross-linking initiator. An Independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing the fixing insert in which adhesive points (2) are applied to the insert strip at individually spaced locations. Points are then heated to the resin melting point and UV (ultra-violet) light directed at the adhesive free side of the strip to cause partial cross-linking, particularly of areas facing the textile strip. Final cooling ensures a handleable product.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fixiereinlage, bestehend aus einer textilen Einlagebahn 1, die auf einer Seite mit Haftmassenpunkten beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftmassenpunkte 2 aus einem teilvernetzten Kunstharz bestehen, das einen Vernetzungsinitiator enthält. <IMAGE>
