Abstract (en)

The closure for a package in which food is cooked comprises a housing (18) with a cavity (22) which contains a heat-fusible component (24) and a central channel (27) which has a valve (29) at the top. A second channel (32) connects the cavity with the space (34) into which the valve opens. This can be blocked by material from the heat-fusible component which has melted and resolidified. Independent claims are included for: (a) a package fitted with the closure; and (b) a food product in a package fitted with the closure.

Dispositif permettant de refermer automatiquement un emballage de produit alimentaire à la fin d'une cuisson dans l'emballage lui-même. Selon l'invention, le boîtier (18) du dispositif comporte un bloc de matériau thermofusible (24), un clapet (29) et un canal obturable (32) susceptible d'être bouché par le déplacement du matériau thermofusible, le canal obturable (32) étant agencé entre la chambre (22), contenant le bloc de matériau thermofusible et un espace de débattement (34) du clapet <IMAGE>
