The invention is characterised in that the locking component (20) co-operates with the switch (19) via the control element (30), which is mobile against return means (39) between a neutral position, or return position, wherein the switch (19) prevents the motor (17) from operating, and an active position wherein the switch (19) allows the motor (17) to operate.
