Abstract (en)
The shaft fitting device (1) has co-axial clamping units (3, 4) for the metal tube (2). One of these (3) is fixed to the base frame (GG) and linked by longitudinal guides (9) to a an end plate (10). The other clamping unit (4) moves on these guides. The holding tools can be displaced radially. The clamping units are moved relative to each other by a feed cylinder.

Die Vorrichtung (1) weist zwei bezüglich ihrer Mittelachsen koaxial zueinander ausgerichtete Spannaggregate (3, 4) für ein Metallrohr (2) auf. Ein 1. Spannaggregat (3) mit radial verlagerbaren Formwerkzeugen ist auf einem Grundgestell (GG) befestigt und über zwei Längsführungen (9) mit einer Widerlagerkonsole (10) verbunden, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundgestell (GG) befestigt ist. Die Längsführungen (9) dienen der Verlagerung eines 2. Spannaggregats (4) mit radial verlagerbaren Haltewerkzeugen. Das 2. Spannaggregat (4) ist durch einen Vorschubzylinder (13) relativ zum 1. Spannaggregat (3) verlagerbar. Das 2. Spannaggregat (4) ist mit einem Rohrdorn gekoppelt, der auf einem sich von der Widerlagerkonsole (10) aus durch das 2. Spannaggregat (4) bis in das 1. Spannaggregat (3) erstreckenden kanalisierten, an eine hydraulische Hochdruckquelle (29) anschließbaren Innendorn (19) gleitend geführt. <IMAGE>
