Abstract (en)

Cross-rolling machine comprises two commonly driven rollers located in a frame and rotating in the same direction. The rollers are provided on their periphery with working surfaces forming tools. The tool (6) is formed as a half-shell (5) and is arranged on a tool support (4). The tool support is connected to a roller axle (3) to form a fixed roller unit (1). Preferred Features: The support recess has a square cross-section and the roller axis is formed with a complementary square section (10).

Bei einer Querwalzmaschine, umfassend zwei in einem Maschinenrahmen gelagerte, in gleicher Drehrichtung rotierende, gemeinsam angetriebene Walzen (1), die auf ihrem Umfang mit Werkzeuge (6) bildenden Arbeitsflächen versehen sind, ist das Werkzeug (6) als Halbschale (5) ausgebildet und auf einem Werkzeugträger (4) angeordnet, der mit einer in Richtung der Walzenlängsachse (3) durchgängigen und an seiner von dem Werkzeug (6) abgewandten Seite offenen Trägerausnehmung (9) auf die Walzenachse (3) aufstülpbar und mit dieser zu einer festen Walzeneinheit (1) verbindbar ist.
