Cross-rolling machine comprises two commonly driven rollers located in a frame and rotating in the same direction. The rollers are provided on their periphery with working surfaces forming tools. The roller pair are mechanically coupled using a machine frame (2a, 2b) formed as a module and are driven by a common drive (15a, 15b).

Bei einer Querwalzmaschine (2), umfassend zwei in einem Maschinenrahmen (2a,2b) gelagerte, in gleicher Drehrichtung rotierende, gemeinsam angetriebene Walzen (1), die auf ihrem Umfang mit Werkzeuge (6) bildenden Arbeitsflächen versehen sind, sind die Walzenpaare (1) von zwei in Modulbauweise ausgeführten Maschinenrahmen (2a,2b) mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt und von einem gemeinsamen Antrieb (14,15a,15b,16a,16b) angetrieben.
